01. The Challenge
The Ministry needed a way to track attendance for 200,000+ employees across thousands of remote locations with poor internet connectivity, ensuring data integrity and preventing fraud.
02. The Solution
We engineered a mobile-first solution using Flutter for the frontend with offline-first capabilities. The backend utilizes Laravel with Redis for high-speed caching and queue management to handle peak traffic during check-in times. Geo-fencing and biometric verification were implemented to ensure authenticity.
